The State Commission on Judicial Conduct investigates allegations against Texas judges for misconduct. Often, the first communication a judge receives is a letter providing a copy of the complaint and asking a series of questions. Too many Texas judges believe they don’t need a lawyer and can answer the questions themselves. Don’t make that mistake!
But like any area of the law, experience matters when you choose a lawyer to defend you against an allegation of misconduct. Our firm has significant experience representing numerous judges in front of the Commission. If we can help you, please contact us.
